 > To register, you have to go first through the 'Meeting registration' page under the 'Registration' tab. You will be asked to use your 'SciencesConf.org' account, or to create one if you do not have one.

> Once submitted, your registration will be validated by the organizers and you will receive a confirmation email. This may take a few hours. Be careful, this type of message may end up in your spam folder.

> If you wish, you can submit one or several  abstract(s) using the menu 'My submissions' in 'My Space'

Poster size: 

The poster stand size is 115 cm x 140 cm (portrait orientation).

Thanks to the COST initiative, there is no registration fee for the meeting, however, meals, social and cultural events have to be paid separately: 

- Welcome reception (June 12th)

- Excursion (June 13th)

- Conference dinner (June 14th) 

- Lunches and dinners at the venue (June 12th-June 15th, for details, please see the link below)

Please choose the desired options via clicking at the link above before 1st June 2023. 

Please note that booking the accommodation in hotel Dubrovnik by special price will be available until 22nd May 2023. After this date, rooms can be reserved depending on hotel availability. Detailed information regarding accommodation and booking procedure can be found under the 'Venu' tab.
